It’s finally here, the start of the 2016-2017 OWGA season. On Tuesday, we have a 8:30 shotgun start at Timacuan with a luncheon and business meeting to follow. The $53. includes golf, a $2.00 gratuity, and lunch. Also, included will be a very informative presentation by your OWGA President, Barbara Lazar and the Board.
Special thanks to Leslie McCall for handling the tee times for our first event of the season. We have a full field, with an even number on each team which makes it easier for the game. If you have any problems and need to reach her, her phone number is 407.468.0569.
And thank you to this week’s volunteer rangers, Alina Polak and Hellen Dennis. A pretty thankless job, their generosity in giving us four plus hours in the heat is really appreciated.
